Every epoxy floor coating installation follows our proven 4-step process, designed to maximize adhesion, durability, and finish quality. From surface preparation to final Polyaspartic seal, we handle everything in a single day. No mess, no delays, no shortcuts. Just a flawless floor supported by a professional installation process.
We grind and deep-clean your concrete surface to remove contaminants and ensure a permanent, long-lasting bond with the coating system.
An industrial-grade base coat is applied, seeping deep into the concrete to create a moisture-resistant, rock-solid foundation for the system above.
While the base coat is still wet, premium vinyl flakes are hand-broadcast across the surface — adding texture, color, and natural slip resistance.
A UV-stable, non-yellowing Polyaspartic topcoat is applied, 4x stronger than standard epoxy, locking in the flakes and sealing the floor for decades.
